As the chief organizer, we, the National Water Supply & Drainage Board (NWSDB), are honored to be hosting The International Water Conference 2023, Sri Lanka from 14^th to 15^th December 2023.

The Inauguration of the conference has been planned along with successful lessons learned from the IWC, 2022 which was held in full grandeur & splendor by giving grand publicity of the amenities on hand at the cewas. In order to promote and sustain future collaboration, NWSDB would invite key partners, such as, ADB, EU, JICA, World Bank, UNDP, UNICEF, CAS, IHE-Delft and Korea Eximbank, among others, and other institutions in Sri Lanka.

With the inspiring success of having hosted the IWC, SL – 2022, the NWSDB is venturing this time proudly and even more confidently into hosting the International Water Conference, 2023.

The event is structured around expert sessions conducted by our partner agencies, business forums and the R&D Technical sessions followed by one day field visit.

Welcome to the Expert Sessions & Business Forums of the International Water Conference, Sri Lanka – 2023

It is our pleasure to invite our partner agencies, interested companies and institutions, local and abroad to deliver impactful lectures on accelerating change in water & sanitation sector by industry leaders and experts from around the world. The Business Forums during the conference will allow space and create insightful discussions on trending topics to explore business & investment opportunities and collaborate on the forefront of the water and sanitation industry.

The Business Forum provides a platform where Sponsors and Exhibitors can invite delegates/ trade exhibition visitors and other exhibitor staff to interact, discuss and learn about new developments and present their innovations and projects. Forum agendas can be built around presentations, panel discussions, question-and-answer sessions or a combination of both.
